Warm hellos to everyone!
I wanted to address something a little different today. Something that has most doctors totally stymied.
And yet something that is incredibly important to you in your quest for success - that Dream Practice,
money, wealth, health, and all those milestones which we all work so hard for.

Why is it that success is so damn elusive for so many? As a coach, I talk with so many doctors who are
simply either barely scraping by, or have a very low-key or average practice. Is it that success is simply not
achievable in this economy? Is that it? Or is it something entirely different?

Allow me to tell you this: Your state of mind determines your success.
Let me say it again: Your State of Mind Determines Your Success!

Ok, I can hear some of you already;
"But Dr. Ogi, my mind wants it so badly! As a matter of fact, so does the rest of me!"
I hear you, but it is not that simple.
Here is most of us totally screw up:

You've all watched The Secret, and are familiar with the Law of Attraction.
What you may not be so familiar with is that there is a formula you need to follow:

                                AC + AC = Your Result
               (Absolute Clarity + Absolute Certainty = Your Result)

In other words, you need to be absobloodylutely clear on what you want, and have total certainty that
it will be yours.
Simple, right?
Hmmmmm.....

That is not all:
AND, you actually need to do something about it!
Here is where most misinterpret the Law of Attraction - most assume that you need to simply "believe"
and it will somehow happen. NOT.
You actually need to put something into action and make it happen. Osmosis will not do it. Neither will
Cerebral Constipation! And neither will waiting for it to magically descend upon you in fairy dust. No.
You need to get out there and do it. You need to put some action steps in place and then follow those
steps.
Ok....now you're doing it! Awesome.

But, there is another part of this that is even more important and it is difficult to explain so please pay
very close attention:
Imagine for a moment that you are at point A in your practice. And you want to get to point B.

                                              A ----------------------------- B

A represents where you are right now - few new patients, few regular ones, few children, people leaving
your office, no money, can't pay bills, not the life you envisioned, spouse totally disenchanted with you,
Not Ok!
B on the other hand, represents everything you've ever wanted - The Practice of your Dreams, tons of
new patients, tons of kids, security guards at your doors, your CAs in designer army fatigues, a
fire-breathing dragon in the moat in front of your office protecting your life, your Bentley in front right
next to your Ferrari, tons of money, and your children and spouse smiling.
You like this vision, don't you? I can see that grin on you face from here!

The problem is that it is just not happening. But you want it to damn badly. You can taste it. It is just
ahead of you.....but not within reach.
You've done all the visualizations, read all the books, heard all the speakers, still nothing. And you just
can't figure this out!

Ok..........let's solve this riddle - please pay close attention:

You cannot get to B if your focus is on A.
Simple isn't it?
Well, isn't it?
Let me repeat it:
You cannot get to B if your focus is still on A.
You cannot have tons of new patients if your focus and concentration is on the fact that you don‘t have
any. You cannot have an abundance of money if your focus is on the fact that you don't have any - that
you have bills to pay. That your mortgage is due tomorrow and there is nothing in your account. You can't
have money if you are worried about not having it. You cannot revel in your success if you whole life's
focus is all about what a failure you feel you are. You cannot be a success if your focus is all about being
a victim - life it tough, I don't have this or that, and I can't this or that, woe is me, etc.
Can't do that.
Many doctors say this to me;
"But Dr. Ogi, I am sooooo there, but it is still not happening."
You are NOT there! Period.  But.....you think you are.

If you are "stuck", you are actually embracing the fact that you have fear and lack in your life. You need to
let go and not give it any weight.
You have become conditioned that in order to get to B, you need to "get away" from A. That is the
problem - you attention is still on A.
"I want new patients," you say. 
You are expressing a want - a wish, a lack. You are at A.
You need to shift and once this makes sense, the shift is instant!  You need an "Aha moment!"
It is like getting an adjustment - the power is ON. There is no time lag.

Listen........change happens the instant you choose to see things differently!

The other aspect of this is that in order to be incredibly successful, you need the proper tools that your
community resonates with. And I've said this before - the people in your community do not want to see
some marketing sharpshooter, some glitzy doctor, some travelling salesman, some carpetbagger selling
snake oil. No. They want to see an incredible doctor - you. And that is exactly what I teach.
