Ok.....I am going to rant and let off a bit of steam - just before Christmas! Please allow me
to do that!
I know that there are a number of you out there that are really struggling in practice but for
some reason, you have not called me yet. I know...I know...you want to do this on your own.
It's that old grit-your-teeth-I can-do-it-by-myself mentality. I totally get it! Your spouse,
however, has probably had enough of your "trying" and scheming. She married you on a
dream - a dream of a great life, not one of struggle and daily stress. Listen....I hear these
stories from doctors every day.
When you graduated, you had a dream - you were going to set the world on fire. But reality
knocked some stuffing out of you. So here you are - few new patients, few referrals, low
practice volume, lots of people quitting care, lots of missed appointments, missed payments,
insurance cutting your claims, etc. Not exactly the Mecca you had in mind.
What was once a groove, has now become a bit of a rut for you. And still you do not call me.
But, you are hoping, and wishing, and dreaming that next year will be better. But.......Isn't
that what you told yourself last year as well. Isn't it?
Think I got the picture? Absolutely!
Ok........enough......My purpose, as always, is to have you face what you've been avoiding, and
start the New Year on a totally different footing! I know that some of your reluctance is pure
inertia - I mean, it takes effort. Einstein once said: "Nothing changes until something moves."
So.......In order to change, you need to move! And if you don't, the Universe will create an
opportunity for you to move - you are probably living that opportunity right now!
There's an idea!
Some of it is fear - fear of change, fear of success, fear of abundance, fear, fear, fear.
And some of it is based on a possible unpleasant experience with a prior coach or coaching
program - and there are lots of those!
You need to get over it. I am here to help you. Period.
Why you ask?
Because it is my mission.
I don't do this because I get paid. No. I do this for fun. This is my hobby - to teach doctors
how to reach as many people in their lifetimes as they can - especially children.
It is very freeing to be able to teach because it is one's hobby: I get a real kick out of having
doctors be incredibly successful, abundant, and helping a ton of people! And I want you to
practice in that same light - it is your hobby.
And I accept only a very small number of doctors and their staff/year. That's it! I form an
elite commando unit where failure is simply not an option! ...And that best part is that it is all
incredibly honest, and clinically excellent!
So...when will you be ready to call me?
Let me tell you!
When the pain and agony of staying the same becomes greater than the pain and fear of change!
That is when you'll call. And most of you will. The sad part is that you will wait and try and
struggle to do it your own way first - even if it is not working for you!
My suggestion is that you circumvent all that agony and pride and simply pick up the phone

Ok....I can already hear you say: "But Dr. Ogi, I know what challenges I have. I ain't got no
new patients!" I want you to know that I understand. But I also need you to realize that having
few new patients is only a symptom. Yes, it is! It is not the problem. You need to understand
WHY you "ain't got no new patients."
Why are people not seeing you?
Why are they leaving?
Why are they not referring?
Why do they not want what you offer?
Those are key questions and it has nothing to do with marketing your brains out!
...And I also need to tell you that I am really, really, good at teaching this.
It is my sincere wish that you end this year of struggling, and toiling, and wishing, and hoping,
and that you decide to tell yourself: "That's enough. No more!" ...and call me. Let's get your
2009 to be the best year you've ever had.....for you, your family, and your patients!
